Memorial Lutheran Church and School

Memorial Lutheran Church and School is located at 5800 Westheimer Rd., about a mile west of the Galleria Shopping Complex on the west side of Houston.  We are a member congregation of the LCMS and receive with joy the gift of forgiveness that Christ Jesus won for us by his life and death on the cross.  Come and receive those gifts with us!

Rev. Dr. Tobias Schütze, is our guest preacher at both services this Sunday, 14 June.

He is a professor for Systematic Theology at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Pretoria, South Africa and a pastor in the Free Evangelical Lutheran Synod in South Africa, a sister church of the LCMS.

Any youth who volunteer at VBS are able to participate in fun activities afterwards. Stay for lunch in the youth room, and for any of the following activities, subject to change based on parent chaperone input:


Monday: Pool Party hosted by the Faskes

Tuesday: Cheap Skate Tuesday

Wednesday: Cidercade

Thursday: Speedy's Race Track OR Urban Air (additional collection of $ may be necessary...)

Friday: VBS Cleanup, VBS-supplied pizza, and movie in the youth room
